FIRM OVERVIEW
|
Jim and Carolyn serve a broad array of clients in a variety of practice areas primarily in Stanislaus County, although litigation matters frequently take them to the courthouses in Merced, San Joaquin, Tuolumne and Sacramento Counties.
A sampling of some of their current cases provides insight into the diversity of The Struck Firm's practice.
On almost a daily basis, Carolyn is in court with her clients either mediating or litigating disputes relating to child custody and visitation, child and spousal support and community property division.
Jim's caseload includes litigation arising out of allegations of unfair competition, breach of contract, corporate and partnership dissolutions, construction disputes, civil rights, an ERISA claim for disability benefits and a full slate of personal injury claims.
